What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, plot location, your message and any documents you attach.
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser.
For anonymous visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track visitors across websites.
Who else processes the data
Your message is delivered to our email address through Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. As our processor, Resend stores the message content with attachments and delivery logs in the United States for no longer than 30 days and uses them for no other purpose.
The transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Resend is certified, and on the standard contractual clauses in our data processing agreement with Resend.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, based on your consent and steps prior to entering a contract.
Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed for communication and any resulting work, and no longer than two years after the last contact unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, restrict processing, object and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
