Projektni studio d.o.o. is a design office in Slavonski Brod, Croatia. Since 1997 we have designed family houses and residential buildings, and today every design is built as a full 3D BIM model.

From CAD to BIM
Our first designs were drawn in CAD, today every one is built as a 3D BIM model. What has not changed is the approach: we listen, we know the regulations and we design houses that can be built without surprises.
We focus on residential construction because it is the work we know best. We know what the bank asks for, what the building authority checks and what the contractor asks.
Where we work
We have worked in 17 of the 21 Croatian counties, most of all in Slavonia, along the Sava and in Banovina.
We take on projects from anywhere in Croatia. The map also marks the places of our published projects.

We coordinate everyone working on the project, and you have one person to ask.
Clients living abroad work with us remotely. We talk in English or Croatian, and in writing also in German. The contract is signed digitally, and for the building permit all we need from you is a power of attorney certified by a notary or at a Croatian consulate. You do not need to travel to Croatia.
